Interstate Field Tax Auditor - Remote

* Demonstrated experience performing independent examination and analysis of sales and use tax and/or complex corporate returns, records, financial statements, and systems for accuracy, completeness and conformance to statutes and rules* Comprehensive knowledge of state and federal tax issues, auditing and accounting theories and principles* Experience performing complex, specialized audits* Experience justifying and defending audit findings* Demonstrated extensive technical expertise in working with large complex (Fortune 500) taxpayers**COMPENSATION & BENEFITS: The state of North Carolina offers excellent comprehensive benefits.
